The International Conference on Global Management Futures 2027 (IGMF-27) is envisioned as a global platform for advancing research and dialogue on the forces reshaping contemporary business and management. Centred on the theme “Regeneration, Intelligence and Sustainability: A New Paradigm for Global Management Research,” the conference examines how organisations can respond to technological advancement, environmental priorities, changing workforce expectations and evolving global markets.
IGMF-27 brings together academicians, researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, entrepreneurs and emerging scholars to exchange research findings, practical perspectives and ideas for the future of management. The conference spans four interconnected domains covering finance, human-centred work and leadership, consumer intelligence and entrepreneurship, and sustainable operations and global supply chains.
Through keynote addresses, research presentations, technical sessions and professional interactions, IGMF-27 seeks to strengthen the connection between rigorous academic inquiry and contemporary business challenges. Hosted by the School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), the conference reflects the School's emphasis on developing socially responsible business leaders through academic and industry engagement.
IGMF-27 is not only a forum for presenting research; it is a meeting point for ideas that can shape the future of global management.
CHRIST (Deemed to be University) is a multidisciplinary institution of higher education known for its commitment to academic excellence, holistic education, research and service to society. The University traces its origins to the educational vision of St Kuriakose Elias Chavara, a nineteenth-century educationalist and social reformer, and is administered by the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). Established as Christ College in 1969, the institution has grown into a diverse academic community with a strong national and international presence.
The institution was granted autonomy by the University Grants Commission in 2004, recognised as an Institution with Potential for Excellence in 2006, and declared a Deemed to be University in 2008 under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. CHRIST is currently accredited with an A+ Grade by NAAC and was ranked 63rd among universities in the NIRF India Rankings 2025.
Guided by its vision of “Excellence and Service,” CHRIST seeks to create an academic environment that supports the holistic development of individuals and enables them to contribute effectively to society. Its educational approach extends beyond classroom learning to include research, innovation, community engagement, professional development, sports, culture and the arts. The University is also characterised by a multicultural academic environment, with learners representing all Indian states and union territories and approximately 60 countries.
Over the years, CHRIST has developed a broad multidisciplinary academic ecosystem spanning business and management, commerce, humanities and social sciences, sciences, engineering and technology, law, architecture and other emerging areas. Its emphasis on contemporary curricula, academic discipline, global educational practices and socially responsible learning has been central to the institution's development since its establishment.
Through international collaborations, conferences, research initiatives and engagement with academic and professional communities, the University provides platforms for the exchange of knowledge across disciplines and geographical boundaries. The International Conference on Global Management Futures 2027 (IGMF-27) reflects this broader commitment by creating an international forum for research and dialogue on regeneration, intelligence and sustainability in global management.
